STEAMED MILK EGG + SMALL CURLY ROUND BUNS

STEAMED MILK EGG

INGREDIENTS
2c. milk, 1 egg, 2T. sugar
METHODS
1. Beat egg, add milk and sugar, then mix well, filter egg mixturea sifter or strainer to remove any impurities,and pour into the steaming bowl, cover with cellophane wrap and place into the rice cooker,add 2c. water in rice cooker,steam until the switch pumps and remove.
2. Remove the cellophane wrap and serve.

SMALL CURLY ROUND BUNS

INGREDIENTS
the already-made small curly round buns (depends on how much theeater can eat)
METHODS
Steam and serve.
