SHREDDED CHICKEN AND CORN CONGEE

INGREDIENTS
1/2 chicken breast, 1c. rice, 1 can corn, 2 sticks Chinese celery, a pinch of salt and cornstarch
METHODS
1. Wash the rice, add 5c, water and make congee.
2. Slice the chicken breast, marinate with cornstarch and salt,thenboil together with the congee.
3. Add corn and stir well, add salt to taste, remove from heat andsprinkle with the chopped, celery ,serve.

SWEET BUNS

INGREDIENTS
brown sugar buns or sweet milk buns
METHODS
Steam in the rice cooker, then serve.
