RICE WINE LEES WITH EGG +WHOLE WHEAT TOAST

RICE WINE LEES WITH EGG

INGREDIENTS
2T. rice wine lees, 1 egg, 2T. sugar
METHODS
1. Bring 1c. water to a boil, then add sugar and rice wine lees to cook.
2. Beat egg, pour in method (1) and bring to boil again, remove fromheat and serve.

WHOLE WHEAT TOAST

INGREDIENTS
2 pieces wholewheat toasts
METHODS
Toast the wholewheat toasts until golden with toaster or oven, spreadon the butter or jam to increase the flavor.
