1. Rinse the rice, soak in 5c. water for 20 minutes, then bring to a boil.
2. Keep simmering with over low heat, cook until the rice gets thickened, Serve.

Stewed Beef
Blanch the beef first, cook in water for 30 minutes, then add some star anises and five-spice bag, season with wine, soy sauce, sugar. cook until the flavor is absorbed slice and pour some sauce on it, then serve.
Dried Small Fish
Soak 3oz.dried salted whitebaits in water for 10 minutes, drain. Stir-fry the chopped scallions and ginger with 3T. oil until fragrant, add white-baits to stir-fry until dry, then add chili peppers, soy sauce, pepper, anda bit of sugar to taste, stir well and serve.
Egg with Preserved Chinese Radish
Clean and chop 1 oz. Preserved Chinese radish. stir-fry together with 2 cloves garlic (chopped), then remove and set aside. Beat 2 eggs, mix with the stir-fried preserved Chinese radish, then fry as the pan-cake shape until golden, then ready to serve.
